In part three of this five-part series, we will be discussing different elements of property development finance, with this month’s webinar taking a deeper look at demystifying some Myths of the Capital Stack.

This webinar may be of interest to all residential developers and will help with understanding the advantages and disadvantages of mezzanine funding. You can expect us to be live for 30 minutes, where we hope to clarify key points for you, so sound decisions can be made.
The webinar will be presented by Hallcroft Finance CEO, Director and Founder: Ian Stockdale, Martyn Pollock and Adrian Cormican. Adrian formed Hallcroft Finance in 2010 with the aim of creating a brokerage founded on strong partnerships and joint ventures. Ian joined Hallcroft Finance in 2014 to maximise his experience and expertise in structuring property development finance transactions through the application of his strong credit skills and the relationships formed throughout his career. Whereas Martyn is a former lawyer, who has founded both retail and property businesses and has extensive experience in funding property transactions.
