In Autumn 2021, the Hallcroft Investment Club supported our existing client Greenplan Designer Homes with the purchase of the five-house project in Mannings Heath, West Sussex, close to Horsham.
In record-breaking time, by September 2022, all five houses had been built and sold and the mezzanine loan repaid, well ahead of schedule.
