Greenplan Designer Homes, the award-winning Sussex based developer, and Hallcroft have worked together since 2016, successfully completing a number of projects around Haywards Heath and Horsham.

In autumn 2021, the Hallcroft Investment Club supported Greenplan with the purchase of its next development.  Set in Mannings Heath, West Sussex, a lovely village close to Horhsam, the scheme comprises five detached houses, all carefully designed in keeping with the semi-rural location.

The site was formerly the farm buildings of Holly Farm.  By 2022, the farm will have been transformed into five wonderful family houses.  Take a look at the images to glimpse the end of the journey from farm to family houses.
