In Summer 2021, the Hallcroft Investment Club supported Maycroft and Close Brothers with the purchase of the three house project in Uffington, Oxfordshire, the village of White Horse fame.
Scroll forward to Autumn 2022, the detached barn has been built and sold and the mezzanine loan repaid, well ahead of schedule.
