We love receiving computer-generated images no matter how simple they are. What is even more exciting is when those images are of a scheme that we helped to structure the finance and are co-investing in ourselves.

As with any investment, monitoring progress and business planning are essential and as you can see from the live photo, the build of the project is coming along pleasantly. When built, this site will consist of two-family houses and seven apartments. The amazing thing about this site right now is that both the family houses are under offer and the roof is not on yet! This presents both the appetite in the market and specifically this location. The site is on a tree-lined road, with some beautiful established housing. It is within easy reach of the train station with a 25 minutes direct route into central London.

This project will be ready for occupation in Spring 2022 and with a soft marketing launch commencing after Christmas, we suspect by the time the site is complete all units will be under offer.
